Global Revenue Management Analyst

About the Position

The Global Revenue Management team is looking for an experienced and dynamic Analyst for a Global Revenue Management team to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a young high performing team- alongside colleagues always driving Net Revenue Growth. You’ll be reporting to the Global Revenue Management Lead. You will be accountable for generating business insights through analytics as well as supporting Rev. Man team across multiple capability building initiatives. You will be challenged to find business insights and translate them into specific Revenue-driving initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a candidate who has a good experience with analytics managing data sets from various sources- with a great ability to translate data into business recommendations. An ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills and should be comfortable communicating with and influencing key stakeholders.  Experience in CPG and retail as well understanding of revenue management concepts are important for this role.


  • Act as a global business insights and data owner- design and recommend appropriate analytical approaches to improve business reporting and assure data quality.

  • Perform Business Analysis: generate market-specific insights through analysis of data from multiple sources- including creation of user-friendly dashboards/reports and performing data quality checks.

  • Liaison with the stakeholders in the markets to gain additional insights/background on market situation- then translate insights into specific growth opportunities and supports discussions with the zones.

  • Continuously work with Global RevMan team to align on the data sets requirements for current and future roadmap of reports.

  • Support Global RevMan Lead across key tasks:

  • Develop Global Rev. Man Strategy by driving strategic growth and performance reviews. You will be responsible for challenging Zones' strategic plans via market-specific insights and also preparing Zones' performance management reviews. 

  • Develop KHC Rev. Man knowledge by developing and implementing KHC ways of working- establishing knowledge sharing culture and embedding continuous improvement in RM teams. You will be responsible for designing training materials- preparing knowledge sharing sessions and evaluating current state of processes and capabilities

  • Develop Global Rev. Man Academy by designing curriculum content and developing assessment methodology. You will be responsible for designing parts of the curriculum- collaborating with an external 3rd party provider on development and developing assessment methodology (in collaboration with other team members)

Requirement & Skills

  • Bachelor or Master degree (MBA included). Preference finance- economics- statistics- data science or business administration

  • Minimum 2 years working experience- in a fast-paced environment- preferably in CPG / Retail or Management consulting.

  • Understanding  of the key RGM concepts along pricing- promo- assortment and trade terms pillars

  • Basic understanding of code languages for data manipulation- required SQL.  experience are a plus.

  • Strong experience with MS Office (i.e.- Excel & Powerpoint) and BI Tools (Tableau- Power BI- etc.). Knowledge of SQL- Snowflake and Python is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills are required (data analysis- synthesis) together with structured thinking and ability to develop frameworks for key business challenges

  •  Strong written and oral communication with ability to deliver engaging and well-organized presentations

  • Highly organized with a keen sense of focus and ability to meet required goals under time critical deadlines in a stressful environment.

  • Strong ownership- never giving up and really committed to drive an agenda even in adverse environments

  • Language fluency: English
