Description & Requirements

The Associate Director for Global RGM plays a pivotal role with dual responsibilities: (1) as a PPA/Assortment SME, setting up optimization routines and tools;

(2) as an RGM Strategy Lead, supporting BUs in integrating RGM strategy in the annual business cycle, consolidating/tracking long-term initiatives, and providing assistance with cross-market initiatives.

Key Ingredients:

PPA/Assortment SME:

  • Set an ambitious and clear strategy for PPA/assortment optimization within RGM.

  • Develop a blueprint and playbook for PPA routines, tailored by market maturity.

  • Lead implementation of routines in key markets, customizing them to specific market contexts.

  • Design and lead the development of dashboards and digital tools for the specific routines in partnership with the analytics team.

  • RGM Strategy:

  • Integrate RGM strategy in the annual business cycle.

  • Consolidate/track RGM long-term initiatives.

  • Support cross-market initiatives to ensure strategic alignment.

  • Master’s degree in economics, business administration, or a technical discipline required; MBA preferred.

  • 4-6 years Tier 1 strategy consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) with exposure to multinational CPGs. Alternatively, 7-10 years of RGM experience with exposure to PPA and commercial strategy.

  • Understanding of RGM foundations.

  • Financial acumen.

  • Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

The Global RGM and Strategy Lead brings expertise to drive PPA/assortment optimization and ensures strategic coherence across RGM initiatives, contributing significantly to the organization’s overarching mission.
