Head of Data Management Servcies at a glance...

The Head of Data Management Services, NAZ is a key role for our Global Business Service organization and for our data strategy. The role is responsible for all data operations activities on master data domains in NA. This team is part of GBS Strategy to deliver on data management operations through process excellence, digital transformation and customer centricity. There are 3 direct KHC reports and more than 35 third-party indirect reports to this role.

What's on the menu?

  • Designing & implementing data operations management focused on clear standard industry KPIs such as data accuracy, turnaround time, right first time and End to End leadtime for data creation and availability.

  • Reviewing, Designing, Standardizing & Implementing masterdata gathering process (Creation and Changes) that will streamline the data collection process (Efficiency and Accuracy).

  • Managing a direct team of KHC technical data stewards and an off-shore indirect team of third-party resources (Roughly 35 individuals).

  • Build data dictionary associated with the global masterdata domains and map data elements to business terms as possible.

  • Execute data quality activities that are established by the Data Governance team such as monitoring data quality dashboards to ensure the organization is proactively measuring and proposing corrections to keep improving data quality.

  • Management and communication of findings, observations, and outcomes to both senior leadership and core team members with clear ROI.

  • Driving master data management practices, including the creation and usage of sanctioned master data, and the enterprise reference data master & hierarchy management assets.

  • I have experience in a management role.

  • I have experience working with global large enterprises across multiple time zones and communities

  • I have experience in evaluating and recommending data management tools and technologies based on operational performance requirements.

  • I have experience/Knowledge on SAP, Agile, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.

  • I have knowledge of databases, including big data technologies

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
