Description & Requirements

The Group Lead- IT - Corporate Functions will drive the delivery of all initiatives within the Corporate Functions- Legal and Communications functions.  You will lead a team of who is accountable for leading various HR and Corporate Functions initiatives while providing strategic direction for our partners.  The individual in this position will be an expert in project management and adept in the complexities of stakeholder management- technology implementation and initiatives to achieve results. 

Primary Responsibilities
 

  • Establish and drive IT-enabled strategic vision of Corporate Functions- Legal and Communications
  • Scheduling- budgeting- and performance of a diverse range of projects with a high degree of risk
  • Establish effective methods of communication- consultation- and stakeholder negotiations
  • Strategize with executive leadership on innovative business solutions and technology initiatives resulting in operational efficiencies
  • Lead and coach a high-performing group of project managers

Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; PMP desired but not required
  • 8-10 years of project & related management experience;
  • Legal operations and communications experience
  • Experience implementing new software tools and the ability to provide strategic direction for stakeholders
  • Excel- PowerPoint- MS Projects- and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical- organizational- and communication skills
  • High results-orientation – takes initiative and bias for action with drive through resolution
  • Organizational Agility – knows how to get things done both through formal and informal channels
  • Ownership and accountability
  • Agile experience a plus
