ERP Integration & Interim Group Lead at a glance...

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to take the role of our ERP Integration and Interim State Lead as part of our organization's strategic Global SAP S/4 HANA Transformation for the next 4-5 years. This role will be responsible for shaping the interim phases of our large-scale SAP deployment program, ensuring effective organization and definition of interim states to facilitate a seamless transition. Interim States Planning and Definition:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP Program managers, business analysts, and technical teams, to define and organize interim states within SAP deployment programs.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes and requirements to design interim solutions that meet immediate needs while aligning with the overall SAP deployment strategy.

  • Create detailed documentation outlining interim states, including process flows, system configurations, and data migration strategies.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish quality assurance processes for interim states, including testing protocols, validation procedures, and performance metrics.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interim solutions, adjusting as necessary to meet project goals.

  • Integration

  • Govern the integration related delivery of each ERP deployment.

  • Define and govern a standard playbook of all integration related efforts.

  • I have experience in implementing large scale systems, ideally focused on integration and interim state.

  • 10+ years’ SAP experience in Global Implementation (S/4 HANA is a plus)

  • I have a high standard of communication skills expected both oral and written

  • I have the ability to translate technical needs to stakeholders

  • I am a strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business

  • I have a high standard of initiative and ability to work through issues expected

  • I have a high standard of organization to plan and complete tasks in priority order expected

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment

We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness.
