Group Lead, IT - Finance, CO & Product Costing at a glance

Your primary responsibility is to partner with finance to build process and technology that supports the businesses growth and strategic agenda. You will lead a team of RTR experts and configurators on the ‘run’ aspect of the business here – working with the existing global system landscape to build solutions supporting the views and tracking required in a dynamic environment. You will also contribute to the design and build of our future landscape in S4, including Central Finance and Regional instances of the deployed ‘Core’ template.   

What's on the menu?

  • Supporting the design and implementation of a ‘Northstar’ core architecture template for Finance in CO and Product Costing, to deliver excellent stakeholder experience and support their growth strategy

  • Manage key senior stakeholder relationships in the business, particularly with CFOs and their F,P&A leads, demonstrating a clear understanding the importance prioritisation of projects and of exceptional operational deliver and change management for projects

  • Develop and lead a high performing team of SMEs and Configurators to support projects and complex support requirements, covering a diverse range of spaces not limited to Financial Accounting, Project Systems, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Product Costing, Financial Planning, Consolidations, Treasury, Tax and Reporting

  • Demonstrate project management experience to be able to translate the broader project plan into actionable steps for their area and drive that delivery, from program development to hyper care

  • Expert in ECC and S4 Hana and related tools in their space, with hands on experience, able to champion the core template solution design, able to train and support the regional SMEs and configurators

  • Enhance and maintain clear architecture and functional documentation, including approval of local exceptions, and a complete test scripts/libraries of all required scenarios (globally and regionally)

  • Develops talent across a key user network in RTR and F,P&A, and ensures appropriate training and knowledge delivery

  • ​I have experience in developing high performing teams of IT professionals

  • I am SAP Certified (S4/Hana & ECC required)

  • I have SAP Functional experience, hands on, across SAP Finance modules

  • I have led large-scale integration and transformation programs in record to report and ERP systems, blending business and technical capabilities to bridge end to end process, operating models and technical architecture

  • I have project scoping, management, requirements analysis/definition/mapping, solution and process design, and test planning/scenario creation for large scale programs, including budgeting and forecasting

  • I have the ability to travel as required by projects (~10-15%)

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
