Global Lead for Logistics IT Projects at a glance
Kraft Heinz is hiring a Global Lead role in Logistics space! This is a techno-functional position with a global scope. The role requires a high level of technical and functional expertise in the primary area of responsibility. Complementary knowledge of other Kraft Heinz areas/technologies such Manufacturing- Transportation- Planning and Finance is a plus. This person will lead teams of experts and consultants to document- define- deliver- and maintain the logistics business solutions. Part of delivering the business solution will include taking the lead on integration across other relevant work streams. The role will participate in delivering a future-state for Kraft Heinz including implementing new software solutions and will engage with senior stakeholders in IT and the business to define priorities- build solution roadmaps and deliver projects against the plan. Will own delivery of multiple- complex projects across multiple systems and geographies- simultaneously. Role will lead a team of IT professionals on projects.
What's on the Menu?
- Leading and prioritizing the IT demand generated- reviewing continuous improvement initiatives through to making capital appropriation requests for large projects.
- Lead and / or be responsible for multiple sophisticated projects simultaneously
- Define the solution roadmap in concert with business partners to deliver the highest level of service and quality
- Engage senior stakeholders to ensure coordination and alignment with the business
- Ensure end user training and experience meets business requirements
- Partner with key business users and with multi-function deployment teams to define and deliver high impact initiatives including initial deployment of the template to those parts of the business yet to receive it
- Coach- lead- and mentor team members through regular one on one meetings and the performance management process

- You have experience in the IT industry
- You have prior IT consulting experience related to SAP implementations
- You have a solid background in logistics processes and systems- specifically warehouse management systems and transportation management systems
- You are able to work in diversified and global teams- and can guide and empower large project teams
- You can ensure appropriate integration of technology as part of business processes/functions
- Assesses the technical impacts of process team strategies
