About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an HR Advisor to make a difference at Kraft Heinz.

The HR Advisor lies within the International Operations - Western Europe BU. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal and external senior stakeholders.

Purpose of the job

Provide extensive HR support on selection, training, performance management, Employee Relations/Labour Relations, and budget.

As HR Advisor you will be responsible to:

  • Act as an experienced HR Professional and help to maintain good relationships with employees;
  • Collaborate in WC & BC recruitment process;
  • Review and update job descriptions;
  • Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes;
  • Coordinate Performance Management for non-banded employees;
  • Monitoring, reviewing and updating HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation;
  • Providing advice and proactive support on employment law and personnel administration;
  • Acting as the point of contact for managers, employees and HR team in projects (such as KHMS, promotions, merit review, OPR, organizational change, performance appraisals ecc);
  • Take part in and actively support all the negotiations with Unions at all levels, at times leading certain workstreams with high level of autonomy (i.e. Bilateral Commission on Welfare);
  • Identify training needs and develop the appropriate measures;
  • Support Learning & Development (mandatory or not) and handle funded training (Grants) ensuring that all relevant documents and invoices are submitted correctly and on time;
  • Support in managing labor relations and actively participates in HR budgeting;
  • Support the developing of the long-term strategic HR plan;
  • Collaborate as needed with P&P Ops and IR Lead and to execute LR agenda;
  • Assisting in organising employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications
Hard Skills

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • At least 5 year experience in a similar role

  • IT Knowledge:
  • strong MS Office skills (great command of Excel and Power Point);
  • Language Knowledge: fluent in English and Italian;
  • Good knowledge of Italian Labor Law;
  • Trade Unions experience;
  • Recruiting & selections;
  • Fondimpresa;
  • T&A and Payroll basics;

  • Background:
  • Bachelor degree preferably in Economy, Psychology, or Law;
  • Minimum 5 years of HR working experience.
