Description & Requirements

Start Date: 1st/15th August 2023
Duration: 6 months
Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs- 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses

Location: Nijmegen

During your assignment you will be part of the R&D People and Performance team. You’ll be working in a high performing team- always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the People & Performance Lead of R&D International. As an intern at Kraft Heinz- you will be leading your own project- learning in an international environment. Get ready for a lot of exposure to stakeholders and to act as ambassador for Kraft Heinz.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Recruitment: leading the recruitment for our next generation interns in the Young Talent Program.
  • Internal communication: creating our bi-monthly functional newsletters. 
  • HR support: supporting our HR Business Partner on other relevant HR projects in our People and Performance cycle.

Requirements:

  • You are a bachelor or master student in HR/Business Administration/Organizational Psychology or similar.
  • Experience with Workday system and Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Previous internship experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
  • You are a self-starter and not afraid to speak up about your ideas for improvement.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • You know how to prioritize key tasks.
  • You should have strong communication skills and fluency in English- both written and verbal (Dutch is not a requirement but other languages are a plus)
  • You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% study load for the duration of the internship.
  • NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship- you are studying in the Netherlands or have relevant student work visa)
