Description & Requirements
De afdeling HRM bestaat uit vier enthousiaste collega`s (Een HR Manager, HR Business Partner, HR Adviseur en HR Support), die samen met jou verantwoordelijk zijn voor alle HR-activiteiten binnen de organisatie. Je wordt als stagiair gekoppeld aan iemand van ons team, zodat er optimaal kan worden samengewerkt en kan worden geleerd!
VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN EN KERNACTIVITEITEN:
Als stagiair op de afdeling HR krijg je dé kans om te leren wat het HR-vak inhoudt in de praktijk. Wij bieden je een leuke en leerzame stage waarbij je allround meewerkt op de afdeling. De werkzaamheden tijdens deze stage bestaan uit:
- Het uitvoeren en opzetten van een gewenst HR-project (schoolopdracht);
- Werving en selectie: vacatures plaatsen, sollicitatiebevestigingen/-afwijzingen versturen, kandidaten uitnodigen voor gesprekken, sollicitatiegesprekken voeren;
- Operationele zaken: het bijhouden van onze HR mailbox en het indienen van mutaties
- Medewerkers informeren/adviseren of helpen met vragen en/of aanvragen;
- Het aanleveren van de juiste gegevens in onze systemen;
- Verder ondersteun je ons binnen andere taken, bijvoorbeeld verzuim, Learning & Development en Functioneren en Beoordelen.
- Er is altijd ruimte voor het inbrengen van je eigen interesses.
ERVARING EN COMPETENTIES:
Het profiel
- Je herkent jezelf in de volgende karaktereigenschappen: zelfstandig, proactief, flexibel en energiek.
- Opleiding: HBO Human Resource Management
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel Nederlands als Engels.
- Je beheerst Microsoft Office .
OVERIGE BIJZONDERHEDEN
- Startdatum: februari 2024
- Aantal uur: in overleg
- Standplaats: Stationsstraat 50 te Elst (dichtbij het treinstation)
- Stagevergoeding: o.b.v. 32 uur in de week € 280 per maand (40 uur in de week is € 350 per maand)
