Description & Requirements

Purpose of the job:

Supports the Internal Comms agenda and learn the basics of T&A

The HR Intern will be involved in:

  • Delivering smart project with high autonomy with a focus on process improvement (i.e. JDs- Training Matrix- Employee Handbook);
  • Supports and manages with increasing autonomy over the months- all the activities and initiatives under the Internal Communication umbrella (Newsletter- Digital Boards contents- Visuals- Town Hall organization- email campaigns);
  • S/he takes active part in the organization of the periodic events at the site (i.e. Family Day- Charity- IWD- Rise Against Hunger- Movember- Special Visitors Site Tours);
  • Support in HR projects and initiatives as needed (engagement- recruiting- etc);
  • Ensuring the timely management of the related monthly purchasing orders;
  • Ensuring that the Training Database is maintained and timely updated;
  • Performing weekly data accuracy check in Workday to ensure flawless payroll execution;

Hard Skills

  • EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included);
  • Education: Master/Bachelor degree in Economics- Business Administration- Psychology- Law- Management Engineering;
  • IT knowledge: strong MS Office skills (great command of Excel and Power Point);
  • Data analysis skills are a plus;
  • Knowledge of CANVA is a plus;
  • Language knowledge: fluent in English and Italian
