Description & Requirements

PURPOSE : Becoming single point of contact and HR partner for Operations Team in PNG (16 Miles Factory and Logistics) when in comes to people-related matters- such as talent acquisition- talent development- employee relations- GA- engagement- and KHMS to support Operation business in PNG.


Talent Acquisition

  • Conducting end to end selection process to fulfill vacant position- especially B16 and below (job posting- resume shortlisting- interview process- MCU- and salary offer for B15 and below and preparing agreement letter for new hires).
  • Managing new employee onboarding program as well as liaise with all speakers and prepare the venue.
  • Liaise with Managers to evaluate probation performance of new employees and issue probation letter as well.

People Management and Talent Management

  • Developing annual TNA based on performance review- OPR review and QRMP requirements.
  • Updating job description for any changes (employee movement- new position or job enlargement) for B16 and below level.
  • Managing training program execution based on TNA for both external and internal.
  • Managing 3rd party workers in Operations to identity potential talent in the future.
  • Working with HR Manager and Dept. Head to develop skills matrix for each position.
  • Assisting HRBP Manager in managing talent development cycle (OPR- performance appraisal- etc)

Internal Communication

  • Updating information board on monthly basis or if needed.
  • Creating information board content.

Managing Employee Relations

  • Conducting exit interview
  • Monitoring exit clearance form completion and termination in the system
  • Issuing reference letter for leavers
  • Conducting FGD for employee engagement survey- liaise with Head of Department in developing engagement action plan- as well as monitor the progress
  • Managing engagement activities in Operations

Reporting and Rituals & Routines

  • Support Plant Manager in preparing monthly MPR
  • Support HRBP Ops in providing MPR data (voluntary turnover- absenteeism- etc)

KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management System)

  • Act as the PIC for PLD (People Learning & Development) of KHMS in the factory (planning and drive the execution)
