About the Position                            

The Kraft Heinz Global Center of Excellence (GCOE)- based in the Netherlands is seeking for a Head of Global Production to join the GCOE Global Manufacturing Team. This position will be the focal point for executing the Production Performance strategy for Global Operations.

The successful candidate has knowledge of Production Performance Management- Labor Productivity- Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)- Standardization and Tracking- Yield losses governance.

In brief- you will be responsible for: 

  • Defining the dream and set the strategy to make impact on the global Manufacturing space by improving production line efficiencies- labour productivity- and yield losses for Kraft Heinz
  • Building enablers and partner with our geographical zones to deliver the company’s dream
  • Establishing ways of working based on best practices; benchmark- standardization of processes and drive continuous improvement related to production matters
  • Run external benchmarks and introduce world class practices for Kraft Heinz and improve the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) globally- which is the standard way of working for the plants of Kraft Heinz manufacturing.
  • Setting the KPI’s definition and guidance aligned with our Global mission
  • Development and updating KHMS content on the Network Production Management Pillar and improve the roadmap
  • Global annual goals definition based on internal & external benchmarks
  • Performance gap analysis and identification of systemic opportunities across worldwide areas and functions to consult the geographical zones
  • 5-year strategic plan related to network production
  • Plan and Execution of the Champions Business cycle for Global Manufacturing. Identify cost saving opportunities- find improvement and innovation opportunities for future deliverables
  • Connect performance objectives to the financial AOP (Annual Operation Plan)
  • Monitor and control leading indicators related to lines and areas
  • KPI consistency check and audits on factory level


Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position. 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a Manufacturing Production environment. Preferably- a strategic and operational background gained at Multinational companies
  • Experience with Industry 4.0- Lean Manufacturing and automation
  • English fluency required; additional language skills preferred
