About the Position

Nordics consists of five markets (SWE, FI, NO, DK, ICE) with a blend of direct and distributor markets. To deliver on our growth strategy we are changing from distributor to direct retail market in our $7M Norwegian retail market to create a hyper-growth journey.

In your role as the Head of Retail Norway, you'll be at the helm of this exciting venture, reporting directly to our Managing Director, Nordics.

You will have full P&L responsibility and craft the country strategy, encompassing portfolio, customer, and category management. Based in our vibrant new office in Stockholm city, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to continuous improvement and achieving stellar results, all while enjoying the journey.

This is a unique opportunity to build your own start-up and team, leveraging the foundation of one of the world's strongest and most loved brands, Heinz.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the full P&L and customer management for the Norwegian Retail business, with an ambition to triple revenue in three years
  • Drive the go-to-market change, establishing robust relationships with Norwegian retailers
  • Develop and execute customer strategies aligned with our growth objectives
  • Implement field sales strategies and strategic partnerships
  • Formulate Joint Business Plans and long-term country strategic plans
  • Craft a comprehensive portfolio strategy to maximize market impact

Qualifications

Hard Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business or Marketing), with a Master’s degree considered a plus.
  • +6 years of experience in a similar/relevant position, ideally within the Norwegian retail market.
  • Demonstrated experience in P&L ownership and team leadership.
  • Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish, along with proficiency in English (both written and oral).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
