Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall tax strategy & planning and provide valuable advice to support business growth.
  • Oversee all legal entities tax compliance in China- including establishing and maintaining best practices in tax area,tax filing- conducting tax self-health check and managing transfer pricing in accordance with tax law and internal tax policies.
  • Lead treasury strategy development and oversee activities including banking- cash- financing management and foreign exchange exposures.
  • Supervise daily treasury operation and provide funding support to operation department.
  • Responsible for cash flow forecast to optimize the funding usage.
  • Manage relationship with tax authorities and key treasury partners.
  • Other ad hoc projects assigned by manager.

Job Requirement ​:

  • Bachelor degree or above- major in Accounting- Finance or Taxation. CPA or CTA is a plus.
  • 8+ years relevant working experience- preferably within tax and treasury team in multinational company or big 4 firm.
  • Familiar with local laws and regulations of Tax- SAFE and Accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated argettc KPI and able to work in different dynamics
  • Fluent in English.
