Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the Finance and HR etc business processes- goals- and challenges- and actively participate in strategic planning discussions.

Collaborate with Finance and HR stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology needs and opportunities that align with their objectives.

Act as a trusted advisor and provide guidance on leveraging technology to optimize Finance and HR operations- improve efficiency- and drive business value.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with team- Global IT and external suppliers to design and implement solutions that meet Finance and HR needs.

Manage relationships with external vendors and partners- ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions that meet Finance and HR requirements.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to Finance- HR and Corporate- and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Drive the adoption and effective use of IT systems and tools within the Finance- HR and Corporate departments- providing training and support as needed.

Lead or contribute to IT projects related to Finance- HR and Corporate- including system upgrades- implementations- and process improvements.

Monitor and report on the performance of IT services and systems within Finance- HR and Corporate- identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions as necessary.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations- working closely with the IT security team to implement appropriate controls and measures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology- Computer Science- Business Administration- or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

5-10 years experience on IT- while with proven experience as an IT Business Partner or in a similar role.

FMCG industry experience is a plus.

In-depth knowledge of Finance and HR business processes- systems- and best practices.

Strong understanding of technology solutions relevant to Finance and HR- such as ERP systems- HR software- financial planning tools- etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners- understand their needs- and provide effective solutions.

Project management experience- with the ability to lead and manage IT projects from initiation to successful completion.

Strong Data analytical and problem-solving skills- with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.

Knowledge of data governance- privacy and security regulations- with experience ensuring compliance within Finance and HR domains.

Ability to work in a fast-paced- dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
