Description & Requirements

The person we're looking for will ensure that IT Service Reliability- End User satisfaction and IT Operations project delivery in the LATAM Zone are at the highest possible levels and in line with the Global IT Technology Engineering and Operations standards. This role will primarily work together with many other IT teams globally and KHC suppliers to deliver and maintain a high performant Infrastructure and Operations environment. In addition to the global and supplier teams- one or more local IT Operations Project Managers are part of the LATAM team.

Main responsibilities:

- Ensure that IT Reliability and IT Infrastructure Projects across LATAM are under control and follow the objectives defined by the business and International / Global IT leadership.   

- Manage outsourcing partner to ensure that EUC technicians located across various locations in the zone deliver seamless end-user services and high user satisfaction.

- In close cooperation with the Head of International IT Operation and Global IT Tower leads-  own the zone IT Infrastructure and Operations business as usual- services and projects towards Head of IT in the zone.

- Be the zone subject matter expert towards Zone IT Leadership for IT Operations and Infrastructure.

- Ensure adhering to global IT architecture standards and policies- and alignment to the  zone IT Strategy.

- Identify and act on opportunities for improvement- both technically as well as in the process/procedure area.

- Work closely working with Global IT Technology Engineering and Operations PMO and project managers to ensure projects in the zone are delivered in time with quality using internal or external project resources.

- Manage project escalations and provide escalation points for infrastructure high priority incidents.

- Develop and maintain plans for short term and long term CAPEX projects aligned to both Global and Zone business and IT plans- provide guidance both technically and financially on proposed IT solutions.

- Executes Asset lifecycle projects within timelines and budgets.

- Direct and co-ordinate together with SDM- internal KHC teams and Vendors (external resources) to maximum effectiveness in order to deliver BAU service with high quality standards.

- In close cooperation with Zone PPM team and Global PMO- manage Operations CAPEX and OPEX

- Strong Vendor management experience

- Technical credibility and independent judgment and decision-making experience

- Broad IT infrastructure knowledge and experience across all towers in IT Infrastructure and Operations

- Project Management proficiency

- ITIL Certification is a big plus


  • Solid experience in a lead/team management role- including remote management

  • Several years of general IT Operations and Infrastructure experience- across all towers

  • Experience of working in a truly global organization with “local” customers

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Financial / budget management experience – both CAPEX and OPEX

  • Project Management experience

  • ITIL experience/qualification is a plus
