Description & Requirements

Objetivo:

  • Asegurar que la operación e información de los sistemas y plataformas tecnológicas estén disponibles y operativos.
  • Administración y analizar métricas de Tickets para la toma de decisiones.
  • Ejecución exitosa de proyectos de mejoras y/o automatización.

Funciones:

Rentabilidad de los sistemas de KH México

Analizar tipos de tickets- problemas frecuentes-

Detectar los puntos de mejora en cada sistema.

Seguridad en SAP (roles de acuerdo a actividades)

Rutina de revisión para validar que los accesos de los usuarios sean de acuerdo a sus perfiles

Gestión de asignación de roles concentrado en una sola persona (IT)

Administrar el presupuesto del departamento de Tecnología (CAPEX/ZBB)

Adquirir servicios de acuerdo al presupuesto autorizado- buscar mejores proveedores con mejor servicio y mejor costo.

Relación con proveedores

Ejecución de proyectos

Seguimiento a tareas referentes al proyecto con proveedores y usuarios clave

Acompañamiento y recabar evidencias del correcto funcionamiento de la reciente implementación

Administración de activos fijos

Registrar activos fijos después de cada adquisición

Dar de baja todos los activos que han llegado a depreciarse

Requisitos:

  • Lic. en computación / sistemas o a fín
  • Inglés intermedio
  • Experiencia mín. de 3 años como especialista o coordinador TI
  • Experiencia en administración de proyectos- manejo de presupuesto y mapeos de procesos
