Description & Requirements

The Kraft Heinz Information Technology organization is hiring a o9 Configuration Specialist who will be responsible for configuring the o9 Platform in the support of our global installation of o9.   The role will have primary focus with our North America program with the opportunity to move to other implementations globally.   The role will perform primary hands-on functional design and configuration in the o9 platform including documenting detailed specifications and wire frames to solve deep operations / supply chain problems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Documents technical specifications
  • Tool configuration in the o9 platform as per the design
  • Help refine business requirements and features into feature or story level requirements
  • Build wire frames as needed to deliver the needed functionality
  • Drive designs that balance business efficiency- system performance- security and compliance.
  • Design- develop- and conduct test cases for unit tests- regression tests- and system integration tests.
  • Help lead the backlog grooming to keep a healthy list of items that are ready for development
  • Support Production related issues as part of a larger DevSecOps organization for the o9 Platform.
  • Actively participate in PI or Iteration Planning processes to determine the key objectives for the next planning period.
  • Support Program or Product Backlog by effectively supporting the preparation of features or user stories clearly gathering solution intent- known requirements- and acceptance criteria

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science- Statistics- Business- Information Technology- or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a role delivering and supporting software configuration- preferably o9.
  • Familiarity with Demand Planning/Forecasting business process.
  • Experience with SAP APO or other related SAP modules from a configuration standpoint if no exp in o9
  • Experience with SQL- MDX- or T-SQL
  • Strong design and software configuration skills
  • Hands-on experience with DevSecOps and Agile delivery methods
  • Self-Starter- driven with high business process acumen
