About the Position

We are looking for an inspirational & experienced FMCG / CPG professional who will lead the Inventory & Supply Chain Losses Transformation across the International Zone. This role is part of the International Team based in Amsterdam- The Netherlands and will report into the International Logistics Excellence Director.

As Inventory & Supply Chain Losses Lead- you will be responsible for developing and implementing a synchronized Inventory strategy across the International zone to drive breakthrough results.  

Key Activities

  • Develop & Implement a Synchronized Inventory Optimization Strategy across the International Zone  
  • Create clear Inventory targets & glidepaths for all markets while driving Continuous Improvement
  • Engage with all International markets to understand their needs & challenges
  • Implement standardized processes & systems transformation to drive PDCA
  • Partner with Operations- Finance & Commercial teams across the International Zone to realize our ambitions

Hard Skills

  • Degree in Engineering or Logistics is preferred
  • 6+ Years’ Experience in FMCG / CPG environment
  • 3+ Years at Managerial / Supervisory level
  • Deep knowledge of S&OP process- Planning activities & Inventory management in a retail (make-to-stock) environment
  • Good understanding of Financial KPI’s & how Inventory & Supply Chain Losses impact them
  • Project management experience & demonstrated ability to drive process improvement
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written (English)
  • Good problem solving/analysis skills
