About the Position

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Junior Brand Manager Innovation to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position lies within the Continental Europe team and is reporting into the Senior Brand Manager Culinary Sauces for Continental Europe.

The Culinary Tomato team is responsible for driving the full culinary tomato business development agenda for our Heinz and Orlando brands portfolios across the CE countries- and takes care of 3 key strategic pillars:

  • Core renovation
  • Geographical expansion
  • New platforms and break through innovation

As a Marketing Analyst- you will be working on the marketing and launch plan of our portfolio into new geographies- as well as being involved in other innovation and renovation projects across multiple markets.

You will have great exposure to many different internal stakeholders including local marketing teams- insight teams- procurement- R&D- commercial and finance- as well as our external agencies.

Hard Skills and Capabilities

  • Master’s degree in Marketing- Business Management or related area.
  • A consumer-first mindset - curiosity in turning consumer trends into compelling insights and product solutions.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with external agencies to develop best in class marketing mix.
  • Experience in building relationships across departments- preferably across geographies.
  • Experience in successfully managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in other FMCG preferred.
  • Commercial and P&L understanding.
  • Strong proficiency in English.
