We are now looking for a new marketing star who would like to make a difference as a Junior Brand Manager and grow together with us at Kraft Heinz in the Nordics. You will be able to work broadly within brand marketing in a renowned multinational company- both by taking full ownership of own projects and by assisting the team in daily operations. You will be based in Stockholm and reporting to the Senior Brand Manager.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Lead and develop our digital marketing agenda- including organic social media management- owned brand websites and e-commerce.
  • Full ownership of selected projects (such as an NPD project from idea to launch).
  • Supporting the Senior Brand Manager and Senior Commercial Manager on daily operational tasks- such as coordinating marketing material- managing product samples- budget and PO-administration- portfolio and master data management- and assisting in the process of launching new product innovations.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the brand agenda- including ATL and BTL activities.
  • Collaborating with distributor partners to optimize the marketing executions.
  • Supporting on ad-hoc daily requests.

 

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Marketing)
  • 2-3 years of Marketing experience (preferably in the FMCG industry)
  • Structured approach in project management
  • Excellent English skills- Swedish language is a merit
  • Hands-on digital marketing experience is a merit
  • Proactive mindset- unafraid to go outside of your comfort zone
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Always thorough- with a strong eye for details
  • Strong skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • A very good team player who enjoys the balance of individual work and team collaboration
  • Business acumen with strong analytical skills
