Description & Requirements

Key Position Responsibilities:    Key Expected Position Results/Outcomes:    Weighting %: (Optional)
•    Manage tasks relating to the delivery of the PNG Innovation Pipeline    •    Under the guidance of the Marketing Lead- deliver the innovation pipeline for Kraft Heinz PNG.
•    Manage project timelines and deliverables with key stakeholders- ensuring all project kpi’s are monitored until closure.
•    Work with the cross functional project team ensuring all actions for PNG are monitored and completed within agreed timeframes.
•    Ensure all actions and updates are closed and any issues are flagged with Marketing Lead in a timely manner.
•    Monitor all competitor activity in innovation (new packaging- new product development- pricing and recipe comparisons)
•    Liaise with Marketing Lead with regards to marketing strategies and plans.  Consumer promotions and other national marketing initiatives.    •    Manage all pre-launch campaign work including design briefs and production of BTL and ATL media.
•    Launch campaign:  Planning and presentation preparation for all national campaigns. Ensuring compliance to all trade strategies and support national initiatives and make suggestions for improvements.
•    Prepare and review 12 month Promotions Planning calendar and review suppliers – Costs vs Quality
•    Attend weekly meeting and present marketing  plan monthly to Sales team
•    Manage all consumer testing- market research with Marketing Lead to ensure timely delivery.    %30
•    Marketing Administration     •    Ensure a register of suppliers is kept and updated in accordance with the three quote policy.
•    Maintain a register of all existing artwork (fully updated regularly)- for campaigns and innovation projects.  Including a continually updated registry for regulatory requirements.    %20
•    Meetings and Reporting     •    Attend weekly Innovation project team meetings along with Marketing Lead.
•    Attend weekly 1 on 1 with marketing lead to cover weekly progress
•    Daily task tracker to cover daily progress
•    Innovation campaign/promotion report – 1 week after launch; followed by a tracker report each week for 1 month.    %20

Skills- Qualifications and Experience required to perform position responsibilities and achieve results/outcomes other than leadership/behavioural competencies described in the Hugo Canning Leadership Model on the following page:
•    Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing preferably in FMCG Industry
•    A degree in Business studies/Administration/ Management- Marketing or equivalent is a plus- but not a requirement
•    Good team player- able to work with colleagues at all levels to achieve business objectives
•    Good analytical skills- partnered with positive attitude and high learning agility- and can take on new challenges / responsibilities
•    Possess business acumen embraced with excellent communication skills
•    Self-motivated- proactive and results oriented
•    Strong communication skills
