Transformation Senior Manager at a glance 

As the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) Senior Transformation Manager you will lead the KHMS transformation roadmap. Your mission entails connecting the shop floor operations with our integrated system, fostering the evolution of a World Class KHMS -or as we aspire to call it, KHMS of the Future. The Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) is a set of standard practices and routines that is tailored to advance our operational excellence journey.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities  

• Lead transformation initiatives roadmap within KHMS and coordinate with the zones. 

• Integrate KHMS best practices for processes and standards into the shop floor digital solutions. 

• Develop and implement a connecting platform between KHMS Capabilities, Performance and KHMS tools. 

• Develop and implement an automated and reliable KHMS assessment cycle. 

• Ensure that standard methodologies and processes across the network are captured in the KHMS. 

• Assess KHMS digital needs and requirements.

Expected Experience & Required Skills 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field. 

• Deep knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Manufacturing Management Systems (over 5 years). 

• Expertise in process improvement tools and techniques. 

• Desirable IT or Digital Background and passion for AI and/or Digital tools.
