Description & Requirements


  • Negociar y ejecutar las acciones comerciales para fortalecer y crecer el negocio con sus respectivos clientes nacionales y regionales.
  • Implementar con los clientes los planes y estrategias de venta dirigidos al cumplimiento de objetivos mensuales- trimestrales- semestrales y anuales.
  • Trabajar en conjunto pricing- logística- finanzas y MKT para planear y desarrollar el canal- extensión portafolio exclusivo- programas de mercadeo- promociones y actividades específicas para el cliente y el canal de Food Service.
  • Dar servicio y atención a los clientes asignados a la gerencia regional monitoreando periódicamente su nivel de satisfacción de acuerdo con planes específicos- dando seguimiento- respuesta y solución oportuna de los reclamos que se presenten para mantener la mejor relación posible con el mismo.
  • Proponer e implementar planes de crecimiento comercial- sostenible y rentable dentro de los clientes- buscando y evaluando continuamente nuevas oportunidades de negocio e iniciativas; ej. Nuevos productos- nuevas categorías- nuevos empaques- actividades y promociones para hacer crecer el negocio.
  • Preparar y presentar los informes y reportes para evaluar el avance y cumplimiento de los planes y estrategias Gerente Directo y/o Head de CARICAM- así como a las cuentas asignadas a la región- al mismo tiempo recomendar los cambios que sean necesarios realizar para alcanzar los objetivos y metas comprometidos.
  • Implementación y liderar proyectos de Food Service en la región de Caribe alineados con el plan estratégico CARICAM (Centroanmérica y Caribe)


  • Bachiller en Administración de negocios- Economía- comercial- comercio internacional o carreras afines.
  • Inglés Avanzado
  • Español Avanzado
  • 3-4 + años de experiencia en FoodService / Comercial
  • Deseable: Conocimiento canal Hospitality
  • Plus: conocimiento de las islas del Caribe en Food Service
  • Accesibilidad para salir del país
  • Permiso para trabajo en USA
