Description & Requirements

We have an exciting opportunity available for a hardworking Key Account Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz! This position lies within the Italian Sales team- where you’ll be working in a successful team- always trying to reach the next level.

You’ll be reporting into the Area Manager- taking ownership of the Retail channel- acting as a pivotal player in building positive relationships with the key stakeholders and growing the degree of trust and customer satisfaction.

In brief- you will be responsible for:

  • Leading Retail Key Accounts in the assigned area (Sicilia Orientale)- maintaining- elevating and strengthen our key relationships with them and playing a key role on influencing customer satisfaction;
  • Initiating commercial relationships with targeted new prospects and deliver excellent sales fundamentals performance.
  • Developing the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreements- pricing- new products & innovation listings- and campaign developments) and implement it for the assigned customer accounts.
  • Developing the Retail channel with Innovation and Trade Marketing activities and identify & implement opportunities for growth.


Hard Skills

  • University Degree
  • At least 3 years' experience in a commercial role (sell out or sell in) in a well structured FMCG company- handling with Retail channel.
  • Ownership attitude- push to learn through new challenges and capability to get results and lead independently of age/role
  • Data-driven and analytical approach
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Good proficiency in English language
