About the Position

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) QSR to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The job of KAM QSR lies within the Commercial GAS business unit- with its office located in Dusseldorf and is reporting into the Foodservice Group Account Lead - National accounts.

The delivery of growing share and sales in the Quick Service Restaurants channel will be your primary responsibility- while constantly looking for improvement activities within the team.

In brief;

  • Prospect- explore opportunities and build relationships with QSR chains (local head offices & negotiations)
  • Make attractive business proposals & JBP's- and convert QSR chains to work with our brand Heinz
  • Increase profitability of the QSR sub channel
  • Contribute to the growth strategy for the QSR channel
  • Participate in LTO's and tenders to bring in new business wins


Hard Skills and Capabilities

  • Entrepreneurial / hunting mentality- preferring customer contact over admin work
  • Track record of successfully bringing in new businesses/customers- getting energy from working with customers- and being proud of business wins!
  • Experience with FMCG- in a Foodservice / On-trade / Horeca channel
  • Excellent proficiency in German- good knowledge of English
  • Comfortable with basic analytics behind business cases / return on investment calculations to independently distinguish the right conclusions and actions from it (yes/no profitable- yes/no strategic match- yes/no priority- etc)
