The position

Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique learning opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership, and attend personalized trainings. As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.

We are looking for an intern who is not afraid to speak up and share their opinion. You will be communicating with several stakeholders, aiding with day-to-day operational activities as well as helping with short-term and long-term projects.

Main responsibilities

In support of the Legal Team of Kraft Heinz Benelux, we are looking for an intern who, reporting directly to Marlies van Zanten-Enderink (head of Legal Benelux), works in support of the following activities:

  • Assistance in the drafting and revision of national and international contracts (sales, distribution, marketing, agency);
  • Fulfillment of obligations relating to Privacy (GDPR)
  • Support in corporate governance activities (drafting of the convocations and minutes of the Boards of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings);
  • Support in the preparation of memos, training, and opinions for the benefit of internal functions; jurisprudential research.
  • Support in the archiving of paper and pdf documents and database maintenance.
  • Support for compliance activities.
  • Participate in the drafting of legal research, advice, and creation of self-help materials for internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring of legislative and jurisprudential news with relative updating for the legal department.

Required Skills

  • Graduating in Law or related fields, preferably with some in-house experience.
  • Advanced Dutch language level (B2-C1) and English language level (B2-C1)
  • Knowledge of the French language preferable, not required.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office
  • Please Note: you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) to proceed for this position.
