Job Purpose

Kraft Heinz North America is transforming its factories to significantly improve the Operational Efficiency of its Equipment by over 30%. This ambition requires planning and laser focus implementation. The KHMS Operational Performance (OP) Expert has the crucial role of coaching- teaching- and assessing the implementation of Plant performance systems including 3-year plans- Annual Action Plans and Implementation Plans dictated by the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS). As a company we believe that following the KHMS discipline will allow us to achieve the ambitious targets.  The role will report directly to the Head of North America KHMS to ensure consistent understanding of Standards and GOP’s.   

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Be an expert in the Operational Performance Systems.
  • Perform assessments of plants OP implementation to ensure consistency with standards.
  • Coach and teach the OP Pillar chapters and GOPs to close gaps.
  • Embrace an ownership model for improved performance and the subsequent delivery of results in line with AOP and 5 Year Strategic Plan
  • Integrate with other pillar owners to ensure team building and knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Lead efforts to share best practices and develop enhancements to Pillar content and assessment criteria.
  • Build and sustain employee engagement by creating a culture of efficient execution and an environment in which individuals and teams can excel and continuously improve; participate in establishing an effective technical and leadership development plan for the maintenance/utility’s organization.

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and site locations
  • Capable of translating strategy to actions and measured goals
  • Strong organizational and planning skills

Work Environment & Schedule

This position is considered a Field based environment; role requires frequent travel to customer locations- stores- manufacturing facilities- etc. Additionally- this role requires normal working hours and travel up to 75%.
