Description & Requirements

The Business Processes team’s goal is to help the Kraft Heinz team drive outsized growth by creating and improving processes to drive insights- streamline routines- and deliver new and valuable information to the organization. The team is responsible for all Omnichannel processes- including integration with the total Kraft Heinz business- digital shelf measurement and uses- data ingestion processes and timing- weekly and monthly reporting routines- 3rd party management- and continuous process improvements.

The Lead- Business Processes- is a crucial enabler of process improvement and applies the skills of business & process consulting to lead process improvement & change within the organization. This position is responsible for the Vision and Purpose and future of business processes for the ecommerce organization- owning end-to-end optimization of critical business processes as well as the roll out of the processes to the full Omni Channel team and other Kraft Heinz leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and own end-to-end optimization and improvement of Omnichannel processes and lead implementation across entire Omnichannel team.

  • Create appropriate documentation that allows all partners to clearly understand steps of the process and track any updates or changes- as well as references to quickly bring all team members up to speed.

  • Understand broad impacts of process improvements and ongoing initiatives that may impact team members’ ability or capacity to embrace change.

  • Communicate with cross functional teams to understand existing routines both internally and externally to evaluate where standardization and optimization could assist in increasing efficiency or effectiveness of routines.

  • Be an inspiring leader in process design and overall critical thinking- creating standardization and processes.

  • Collaborate with leadership and total North America to ensure the Omnichannel team is fully integrated into all relevant routines- creating reporting mechanism to ensure impacted teams are informed of any insights from these routines.

  • Lead cross functional teams in additional projects to understand the effectiveness of different tactics we may be using or planning to use to drive important metrics.

  • Plan- lead- and implement medium to large size process improvement initiatives.

  • Collect and present issues and risks to senior leadership for awareness- decisions- and action.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a business-related field

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred– MBA preferred

  • Process Certifications (Six Sigma- BPM- ITIL or equivalent) preferred

  • Process mapping experience

  • Process-oriented thinking with the ability to question existing processes- resolve key decisions and questions- and define the possible paths forward

  • Ability to articulate a compelling vision- using very strong interpersonal skills to get things done

  • Leadership skills to complete decision making and problem-solving tasks.

  • Experience in working with and influencing senior management and C-level executives on implementation of recommendations

  • Consumer packaged goods or eCommerce experience is a plus
