Base Salary Range: $133,400.00 - $166,700.00

Target Total Cash Range: $200,100.00 - $250,050.00

Target Total Cash: Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings. In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.

Description & Requirements

The Team Lead of the Kraft Heinz NotCo frozen category and natural channel will be the point of contact on unlocking the full potential of the frozen portfolio, in addition to developing the join venture’s natural channel penetration. This individual will own the in-market execution of product portfolio, and working cross-functionally to establish the go-to-market strategies to ensure long term and sustainable development. As the frozen portfolio & natural channel sales expert this individual will be the point-of-contact in regards to planning and execution in the field, performance of the plan and identifying key gap solves to deliver the annual operating plan. 

Key Components of the Role  

  • Partner with the Kraft Heinz field sales teams responsible for the frozen categories across all retail channels. In addition to building a partnership with the Kraft Heinz natural channel team/broker to drive the development of the joint venture in the natural channel.  
  • Represent the needs of the field sales team when working cross-functionally in the JV and the respective business units. 
  • Able to translate the operating model to an actionable plan within the frozen category and natural channel.  
  • Deliver critical category information vital to flawless execution of category priorities (e.g., SKU rankings, new item information, competitive information, consumer and shopper insights etc.) 
  • Track sales execution versus the annual operating plan, proactively identify risks and work cross functionally to develop actionable solutions to ensure plan delivery.    
  • Understand, identify, and apply category analytics to deliver key insights and business recommendations on merchandising, assortment, pricing, and promotion on a national and localized level. 
  • Use insight resources from multiple data sources to enhance the impact of category leadership with customers. 

Expected Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven professional sales or category management experience; preferably within the natural channel.  
  • Excellent analytical / problem-solving capability with solid understanding of syndicated and panel data. 
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams, multi-task various projects, and deliver within agreed upon time frames.
  • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills with an expertise in organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel & Power Point required.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
