Description & Requirements

The eCommerce Lead will function as a General Manager for three significant retailer ecomm accounts: Target- Ahold Delhaize- and Albertson’s- responsible for increasing sales volume and market share for Kraft Heinz products sold online. This role owns customer relationships- financial and market performance- digital marketing strategy & execution- and leading a cross functional team of media- content- and analytics experts.'

There is no in-office requirement for this role. It is a fully remote position from anywhere in the United States. Should you be located near one of our sales offices or HQ's- you are welcome to work from the office as you see fit.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • End-to-end business owner on major eCommerce partners- including financial- digital shelf- and market share performance
  • Coaches- develops- and inspires a cross functional team to deliver against defined strategy and executional elements to achieve business dedication
  • Works with customer accounts and Kraft Heinz teams to build and implement digital growth plans encompassing both innovative vision and execution
  • Builds Kraft Heinz business with customer measured by profitable sales growth- share gains- revenue targets- special programs- new and core item introductions/distribution
  • Drives efficient and effective digital marketing programs to deliver best return on investment; Leads end-to-end strategy of on and offline retail media growth initiatives to drive maximum results
  • Drive category growth through customer insights and analysis of consumer decision trees to disproportionately growth categories online
  • Create and monitor data reports to analyze trends of grocery products to highlight opportunities and address risks to the grocery portfolio
  • Leads cross‐functional business planning in category management- supply chain efficiency- technology- and local marketing
  • Serves as primary voice and advocate within Kraft Heinz HQ eCommerce organization for their account
  • Provides a single point of accountability to the customer for all Kraft activities
  • Services the customer by establishing positive business relationships with decision makers- providing category management expertise programs at the retail level
  • Provides updates to management on driven activity (both at Customer and in the market)- Customer specific strategy changes- key marketplace updates and other business related activities
  • Leads business reviews and customer visits- including annual reviews and “top‐to‐top” meetings
  • Runs seamless execution of business operation

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience leading a sophisticated retail business including marketing and media budget- and customer relationship management; eCommerce experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong understanding of the key tenets of eCommerce and digital merchandising with excellent understanding of business processes and systems
  • Sharp quantitative and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to run a scaled business
  • Significant experience in building customer relationships through communication and influencing skills with industry leading partners
  • Proven people leader with emphasis on team development
  • Strong financial competence – understanding of profit and revenue drivers and analysis
  • Proficiency in consumer demand strategy and budgeting
  • Shown strategic experience within execution and planning with agile decision‐making ability
