Description & Requirements

Talent Management:

  • Lead the OPR cycle in KH Indonesia and make sure the program implemented as per timeline.
  • Make sure all related stakeholders understand OPR and implement OPR according to the requirement, through training OPR implementation and make sure to meet OPR adherence target.
  • Develop strategy on development program monitoring and the OPR follow up progress reviewed trough talent journey activities.
  • Make sure availability of talent pipeline for critical positions.

Learning & Development

  • Supervise the implementation of annual training program and training calendar, provide data & insights for training plan. Make sure the training implemented as per plan and continuously improve L&D activities Improvement Project.
  • Regular evaluation on training effectiveness and improvement.
  • Responsible on Leadership & Culture training program implementation.

IDP & Career Path

  • Develop strategy & plan to improve career management tools.
  • Lead and assure the implementation and regular communication on IDP program.
  • Develop career path & framework development for related functions.

Assessment Centre:

  • Regular review and assessment center effectiveness.
