Job Description

The Manager of Broker Strategy and Management will help to define and drive execution for the overall strategy- objectives- and joint-business plans for our Foodservice broker sales network. Reporting to the Associate Director of Strategy & Execution (Foodservice)- this person will partner closely with cross-functional leaders while demonstrating outstanding tools- systems and processes to improve impact.

This role will be completely remote with 20-30% expected travel to the customer as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go-to-market broker strategy for management of foodservice operator business across 50 states

  • Supports annual and quarterly joint business meetings centered around performance metrics and collaboration for growing market share

  • Lead the training of foodservice broker staff on  KHC products- systems- programs and selling strategy

  • Help to drive branded market share and SKU penetration through outstanding collaboration with marketing- culinary and other cross-functional teams across Kraft Heinz

  • Help to lead RFP and contract review process

  • Develops professional relationships with all brokers personnel that can influence the sale of our foodservice products

  • Manage a team of Broker Analyst that act as the day to day support conduit between KHC/Broker

  • Lead broker network through the journey map of delivering a 1-3 year plan by crafting cross functional initiates and delivering through execution


  • Bachelors Degree required

  • 3+ years of sales experience required with a demonstration of sales management resulting in profitable volume- customer penetration and relationship building.  Previous foodservice broker or people management experience a plus.

  • Experience in CPG- restaurant- culinary- and/or foodservice distributor industry required

  • Effective communication skills- both verbal and written- leading to effective influence across partners

  • Passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas
