Job Description

The Manager- Finance – Reporting will play a critical role for managing KHC’s internal reporting tool- assisting the monthly close process and leading financial restatements. The position offers significant exposure to the P&L and related key financial systems (SAP- Oracle- and Hyperion) with the opportunity to support the finance management team within BU’s and Corporate FP&A/Controllers group. Activities will also include working with internal control leads- internal and external auditors- business and IT functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage KHC’s Oracle based internal reporting tool for global financial results.
  • Manage and assist the monthly close process and preparation of consolidated financial statements for all US and Global business units.
  • Lead and execute financial restatements.
  • Develop effective monthly financial statement analytic procedures to identify errors and anomalies and provide meaningful explanations for month over month and year-to-date variances
  • Support all financial related audits including compliance- internal- external and SOX.
  • Opportunities for ad hoc special projects related to financial reporting or new/developing accounting topics- M&A activity- accounting system updates as required.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
  • Ability to effectively lead- manage and prioritize multiple projects- while effectively operating in a fast-paced complex global organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal- communication and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent analytical- teamwork- customer service and leadership skills.
  • Experience with SAP and Hyperion Financial Management a plus.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills desired.
