Role / Title:

The Global Media team is looking for a Global Media Manager to develop and execute media strategies and roadmaps to drive business growth. You will be a critical team member to help shape the future of marketing and media in Kraft Heinz Global Center of Excellence.

Key Components of the role:

  • Develop strategies and roadmaps to support the delivery of future media and marketing services to the Kraft Heinz business
  • Deploy best practices for media and digital marketing efforts- strengthening the company’s image within the digital space
  • Collaborate heavily with internal stakeholders (like Zone CMOs- Brand Growth teams) and cross-functional teams (E-Comm- Shopper Marketing- etc.) as well as global and regional media agency partner(s)
  • Perform deep dive analysis into individual media platforms- communicating best practices for strategy and activation. Interrogate new solutions to media and marketing opportunities.
  • Understand and communicate how media links to broader marketing organization and corporate growth goals- both in theory and quantitatively via KPIs
  • Adapt global strategies and approaches to local and regional realities
  • Identify opportunities and trends within existing and new digital segments. Explain key trends and implications in detail (ex. cookie-less future- metaverse- zero/1P data).
  • Manage- monitor- track global media investments- media metrics including competitor activity; ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated
  • Manage and collaborate with media agencies to track and monitor global media performance (Viewability- CPM- Reach- attention-based metrics- etc.) via automated dashboards. Own- maintain- and evolve existing performance measurement solutions and frameworks.
  • Own and optimize internal communication channels (ie. global media portal- media library- newsletters) and compliance documentation through impeccable organization
  • Champion one-source of truth for media & marketing data to unify and integrate data from multiple sources while identifying opportunities for better data collection and cleanliness for analytics
  • Support media counseling- training and knowledge worldwide. Develop & support media capabilities across functions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing- Communications- Media- or related field
  • 7+ Years’ experience managing- planning and activating Media globally (agency or client-side) is required. Experience with in-house client agencies is a plus.
  • Deep digital experience necessary- cross-channel experience (Digital- TV- print- OOH- radio- etc.) preferred- in global or regional scope.
  • Hands-on experience building- managing- and deploying digital products and solutions (ideally globally)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Effective collaborator and solution-oriented approach.
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple workstreams and projects concurrently. Excellent prioritization and focus.
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies and applications. Natural curiosity and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Solid understanding of adtech landscape & web analytics. Knowledge of players- pros/cons of different martech solutions.
  • Ownership mentality.
