Description & Requirements

Role - Manager- IT Bill To Cash
The Manager role is a functional role in a Global team- primarily responsible for all Bill to Cash (BTC) areas underneath the overall Order to Cash (OTC) SAP space- as well as SAP related functional areas including other fulfillment services / solutions delivery. The role is the owner of the applications and business process implementation within the primary functional area. This role will lead teams of subject matter experts and consultants to document- define- deliver- and maintain the business solution. Part of delivering the business solution will include taking the lead on integration across other relevant work streams. The Manager is also responsible for implementing / project managing any and all initiatives underneath the strategic plan and annual operating plan for in collaboration with the business and internal IT partners and management.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility for all BTC (Bill to Cash) areas from an OTC (Order to Cash) perspective- including assisting in demand disposition- project shaping- and project execution. This includes reviewing continuous improvement initiatives through to making capital appropriation requests for large projects.
  • Proactively and effectively communicate progress in of directly or indirectly owned pending demand and active projects throughout the life cycle. It can be anticipated that there will be numerous concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder groups- translating and interpreting business needs into actionable requirements and into deliverable solutions.
  • Supports change management activities by assisting with development of training materials- training scenarios- documentation- communication and change impacts.
  • Leads teams of subject matter experts and consultants to support system implementation and all required deliverables from initial blueprint through testing and production deployment project phases.
  • Experience prioritizing support- enhancement and project requests with business and IT stakeholders and managing delivery
  • Experience defining systems strategy- developing systems requirements- designing and prototyping- testing- training- defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Primary responsibility for managing any and all 3rd Party integration project resources- including to drive estimation of work effort- timelines- and resource requirements
  • Participates in weekly / monthly discussions with the business users to ensure alignment of priorities.
  • Acts as liaison between other program teams including change/release management- incident/problem resolution- project deliverables- and successful project execution.
  • Collaborates with the application and infrastructure design groups to provide assistance to solution design.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree is required
  • Functional/technical proficiency with at least 4+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and 5+ years SAP IT experience and at least 1 years’ experience in an IT management and leadership role
  • Fully operational in: project management- change management- business planning and implementation- information management
  • Deep knowledge of SAP functionality- especially in Sales and Distribution and Financial Accounting (SD/FI)- including order management- delivery processing- and customer billing
  • Knowledge of overall project lifecycle methodology and discipline
  • Expertise to drive organization- process- and system components of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) Process area
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Facilitation and issue resolution skills
  • Consumer Products Industry experience desirable.
