Description & Requirements

The successful applicant for this position will be expected to leverage a proven track record and operational experience to provide technical support services to Kraft Heinz as part of a global team focused on developing best-in-class Audio Visual (AV) Collaboration solutions.- manage the operations and support of global AV Collaboration services for Kraft Heinz including- but not limited to; support of video conference & audiovisual environment including webcasting support. The position requires someone who is personable- has good communications skills- can effectively manage multiple high priority tasks or escalations simultaneously.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations- monitoring and management of the global AV Collaboration environment- ensuring SLA adherence across a multi-vendor platform
  • Provide support for Video- Telepresence- Web-conferencing services
  • Ensure operational and support standards- governance policies and procedures to maintain a clean environment.
  • Ensure solution design documentation- knowledgebase articles are up to date.
  • Manage changes and requisite approval process
  • Ensure operational SLAs are met while also achieving challenging efficiency goals
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Recommend appropriate courses of action to managed service partners and management on technical and infrastructure issues
  • Recommend proactive courses of action to maintain quality- cost effectiveness and competitiveness
  • Proactively assists in defining direction for future technology- infrastructure- or architecture projects
  • Work with other IT and facilities teams to ensure technology process and support integration
  • Deliver continuous improvement to the“services” provided to the businesses as measured by reductions in system down time and user complaints.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of AV collaboration systems- including recording and playback equipment- camera and controls- routing equipment- audio mixing equipment- and video switchers microphones and amplifiers.
  • Experience in designing- planning- and implementing AV solutions for conference and training rooms including microphone- camera- speaker- and display layout.
  • Operation of webcasting technologies such as Microsoft Teams Live
  • Experience working with managed service partners
  • Project planning and management skills- including ability to identify and assess risk
  • Must have good verbal- written- interpersonal- and presentation skills
  • Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
  • Be a self-motivated- highly ethical individual with a demonstrated ability to work as independently as well as with a team

Hiring Criteria

  • Experience in AV collaboration design- implementation- and support
  • Experience as a lead or management role
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams- Microsoft Teams Live
  • Experience with Video Conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms- Cisco- Polycom- Tandberg- Crestron
  • Experience with digital signage platforms such as BrightSign and room content sharing tools such as Mersive Solstice- would be a plus.
  • Experience with room booking hardware and software such as AMX/Harman- Crestron TSS and Microsoft Teams Room Reservation
  • Webcasting- video- audio editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro- Adobe Media Encoder
  • Familiarity with video/audio compression standards MP4- MOV- HEVC and real time media and Internet protocols RTMP- RTP- SIP- ICE- IP- UPD- TCP- DNS- HTTP/HTTPS is desired
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
