Description & Requirements

The Manager- Digital Workplace is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Kraft Heinz Digital Workplace and End User Computing environment globally with specific focus on end to end management of the Collaboration stack- as well as Lifecycle of EUC applications. This position requires someone who is personable- has good communications skills- willing to work with a diverse community of end users- business stakeholders- architects- engineers and vendors.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-day operations of O365 and Intune- interfacing with vendor teams supporting these services- delivering end-end services to end users.
  • Collaborate with Engineering- Security- Internal partners and Vendor operations teams- guiding these resources through complex O365 support initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure operational and support standards- governance policies and procedures to maintain a clean environment.
  • Ensure solution design documentation- knowledgebase articles are up to date.
  • Build KPI and metrics reporting for incidents- requests- changes- projects.
  • Define- gather data and report metrics that describe the state of the EUC and M365 portfolio.
  • Develop a principled operation- implementing and supervising any change activity as well as monitoring and communicating issues/incidents in the daily course of business.
  • Stay on top of new features from productivity technology providers and provide end users and business communities with domain expertise
  • Build and maintain the roadmap for EUC applications and a dashboard of upcoming changes.
  • Work together with Microsoft and other vendors in order to coordinate with application support teams the plans for upgrades and patching
  • Work on a communications and implementation strategy with for changes with related teams (Architecture- Engineering- User Experience)
  • Disseminate weekly and roadmap updates to partners (other technical teams- and to corporate comms/users)
  • Coordinate changes related lifecycle for EUC Apps with all the towers (Network- Hosting- Security etc)
  • Partner with the End user experience team to create a training and adoption program for new technologies and applications.
  • Work cohesively with other EUC team members to implement EUC projects- provide cross functional support for cloud based EUC technologies such as Azure Virtual Desktop- Intune MDM etc.


  • Experience in Microsoft Technologies such as Office 365- Azure &- Intune.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft O365 cloud services and applications including hands on experience and usage.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform and Intune.
  • Knowledge of Industry best practices in O365 Governance.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) is a plus
  • All phases of Service Management (Strategy- Design- Transition and Operations) with proven expertise in End User Computing Service- Design- Service Delivery and Global IT operations
