Manager, IT - ERP Systems at a glance
An Application Support Global Supply Chain Systems Manager is responsible for protecting, maintaining, monitoring and extending the Global Supply Chain system solutions to ensure maximum availability of the service and stability of the integration to other applications. This role will be accountable for ensuring all incidents and requests impacting related OTC applications and their associated integrations are resolved effectively and efficiently by the AMS service teams. In addition, there will be involvement in project blueprinting and deployments (where feasible and not constrained by support activity), although primary accountability will remain operational effectiveness. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the proper transition of related Global Supply Chain projects to support prior to project closure.

Primary responsibility for SAP Order to Cash module and all related applications and integrations, Manages issue identification, resolution and escalation when appropriate across support teams
Accountable for providing triage support for Incidents and problems
Primary responsibility for managing support to AMS during incidents and problem resolution
Primary responsibility for managing support for any 3rd Party integration incidents, problem resolution or changes of 3rd parties
Responsible for communications with the Global Supply Chain organization relating to service requests to accurately define specifications and requirements driving system changes
Drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of incidents
Participates in weekly discussions with the business users to ensure alignment of priorities

I have experience with SAP OTC (or related area) in a production environment
Experience with configuration/maintenance of SAP integrations (outbound and inbound) as well as managing end-to-end processes
I have experience with configuration/maintenance of SAP business processes, including cash management, sales order processing, outbound shipping and receiving
I have effective communication and troubleshooting skills, relationship building skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment with both local and remote teams
I have experience of leading through and with teams
