Description & Requirements

The Manager for Identity and Access Management will be responsible for helping manage, implement, operate and execute on KraftHeinz’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs. This includes administering the core IAM solutions, ensuring adherence to and providing input on policies and procedures in the area of identity and access administration, access provisioning, authentication and authorization, identity lifecycle management, governance, compliance (regulatory and licensing),  and also working closely with members of Information Technology, HR, and Business teams in creating and automating efficient, consistent, and scalable processes. This position will provide support to various IAM projects and will be responsible for protecting the data processed in the enterprise by ensuring that the appropriate people have access to the right systems at the right time.

  • Manage multiple identity and access management projects, ensuring prompt, efficient, and accurate resolution of identity and access matters 

  • Responsible for account lifecycle management, governance, and administration from inception to termination for employees, non-employees, and other business partners 

  • Support IAM team with architecture, planning, and delivery of enterprise-level IAM program for identity, access, privilege access, SSO federation, and cloud 

  • Engage in the review and design of new IAM solutions to ensure appropriate controls and tools are selected and operationalized 

  • Develops, maintains, participates and documents standard operating procedures, best practices and technical documentation in a shared repository 

  • Maintains IAM artifacts (strategy, decision, solution design, etc.) 

  • Manages, configures, and monitors systems associated with Identity and Access management solutions; provides incident and problem management support

  • I have relevant information security experience 

  • I have experience managing Cloud identities and implementing secure SSO strategies 

  • I have experience in two or more of the following areas: Single Sign On, Privilege Access, Certificate Management, Identity Federation, Resource Provisioning, Logical Access Control systems and Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema, namespace and replication topology experience 

  • I have experience in SAML, OAuth, SCIM, and other industry standard authentication/authorization solutions 

  • I have experience with configuration and implementation of an IAM solutions including: 

  • I have experience with reverse proxies, directory synchronization, role mining, identity reconciliation, levels of assurance, LDAP and Identity and Access Governance concepts 

  • I can develop test cases and deployment documentation.
