Description & Requirements
The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for a Manager- IT – Platform Engineer where you will be responsible for enabling- building- and supporting the integrations of IT Services and Solutions required by the IT technology platforms that enable the delivery of digital products applied to Global Business Services. You will help with the end-to-end development of new services and the overall reliability to and availability of the IT Automation platforms across the numerous requests coming from product owners and upstream transformation initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
• You work closely in partnership with the Global IT teams on each new platforms initiatives ensuring platform health- enabling integration and improving performances. Collaborate directly with business process owners to help addressing new requirement or any issues.
• You analyze and work on delivering new features and services to address business demands and solving issues thanks to your analytical skills and triaging skills.
• You have basic knowledge of running data identification- extraction- and transformation (ETL)
• You work closely with Data Engineers and developers to help them deliver analyses for use cases.
• You monitor regularly platform health and are able to share messages in clear- actionable way
• You make sure pro-active actions performed whenever any outage or delay encountered happened.
• Present implementation progress / results to senior level executives and process teams
• Lead and participate in various onsite customer workshops with process mining / automation product team
Requirements
• Experience with support of automation and analytics tools
• Business Processes knowledge in CPG industry (OM- AP - Procurement etc.) will be added advantage
• Experience is interacting- understanding and supporting customer needs
• Proven experiences working with Agile methodologies
• Desire to work in Automation solutions- Big Data- Data Mining
• Excellent analytical skills- well-structured approach and ability to grasp concepts quickly
