Base Salary Range: $106,500.00 - $133,100.00

Target Total Cash Range: $133,125.00 - $166,375.00

Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings.

Description & Requirements

The Information Technology aligned position as a Manager- Global Procurement (STP & Manufacturing) is responsible for delivering and deploying STP solutions for Direct and Indirect procurement and KHC manufacturing businesses. Candidate must have 5 years of Information Management / Technology experience with minimum of 2 years leading the deployment of STP & Manufacturing Systems within a plant and/or warehouse setting. In this role an employee both functions as a functional lead as well as project manager on company’s small to medium size initiatives in the Manufacturing and Procurement space. Candidate must have good understanding of project management methodology as well as strong knowledge of Kraft Heinz business processes. As a as project manager this candidate will be accountable for all project related activities including requirements gathering- scheduling and resource planning- budget tracking- clients and vendor management- milestones and deliverables management- status reporting- issues and risks identification- management- and resolution. As a functional lead the candidate must have deep SAP Materials Management ERP expertise along with good knowledge of SAP SRM. Robust technical/configuration expertise in the above named systems as well as solid understanding of the respective STP data and how it impacts and controls the processes is a must.
Candidate will have experience in defining and managing a master rollout plan of multiple sites at once. Strong team affinity and relationship building is a must as the employee will work with a varied team mix including business analysts- project managers and project business team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Systems / Information Technology or related functional area
  • 2+ years leading the deployment of STP & Manufacturing Systems within a plant and/or warehouse setting
  • 2+ years in managing vendors and consultants.
  • Experience with SAP ECC- SD- and other related modules.
  • Experience with Arriba / Cloud
  • Good problem solving/analysis skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Possess critical thinking skills- quantitative and analytical problem solving skills
  • Experience working in Consumer Product Goods industry a plus
  • Self-Starter- driven with high business process acumen
  • Project Management/Deployment management experience
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work across different business stakeholder and technical teams to accomplish complex tasks
  • Ongoing travel requirements range from 25-35% depending on current business settings.

Key Relationships:

  • Associate Director- Global IT Procurement/STP – Work hand in hand to ensure successful delivery of projects within the STP area.
  • Project Leads – Work directly with director level project leads on project delivery.  
  • Project Sponsors – Work directly with director level project sponsors on project delivery.  Includes daily/weekly interaction for status reporting and issue resolution.  
  • External suppliers – Provide guidance and leadership to contractors / external project resources during execution of the project.
  • Business users – gather business requirements- organize and coordinate user acceptance testing- conduct end user training
