Description & Requirements

The ServiceNow Manager role is a part of the ServiceNow Platform Team. The role will be responsible for deploying the ServiceNow capabilities to address business requirements across all functions. Owns the relationship with project stakeholders to identify- prioritize- model and document business processes and data requirements. Ensures requirements are understood- developed- tested- and delivered to specification. The Manager is also responsible for implementing/project managing any and all initiatives underneath the strategic plan and annual operating plan in collaboration with KHC product owners- internal IT partners and management.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility is managing projects in the ServiceNow space- including demand disposition- project shaping- and project execution. Leads teams of subject matter experts and consultants to support system implementation and all required deliverables from initial blueprint through testing and production deployment project phases.
  • This position will play a key role on ServiceNow projects- end-to-end. This role will be a center point to make sure the that technical and business requirements are clearly understood- documented- and aligned between the business and IT teams. The person will need to have great communication skills.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder groups- translating and interpreting business needs into actionable requirements and into deliverable solutions.
  • Supports change management activities by assisting with development of training materials- training scenarios- documentation- communication and change impacts.
  • Primary responsibility for managing any and all 3rd Party integration project resources- including to drive estimation of work effort- timelines- and resource requirements (~1Million in Capex project management)
  • Collaborates with the application and infrastructure design groups to provide guidance with solution design.
  • Continuously improves ServiceNow knowledge and is a leader in the organization for Service Now process and enhancement know-how.


  • IT or HR Operations experience
  • Curiosity of working with technology
  • Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
  • Knowledge of agile development methodology
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Facilitation and issue resolution skills
