Description & Requirements

This role supports the Infrastructure Project Management team. The individual will Lead the execution of IT delivery for infrastructure projects. The Infrastructure PMO is responsible to deliver applications- infrastructure- and Security processes for various work streams globally. We are looking for individuals who have worked on Infrastructure rollouts such as: Network deployments- DC moves- IP phone rollouts- Server migrations- Security (SIEM SASE- etc.) and New technology deployments.


  • Accountable for overall success of IT program and projects included but not limited to status reporting and Financial tracking.
  • Work with various Business- and IT- streams to clearly identify infrastructure- application and technical requirements
  • Maintain IT’s strategy and methodology while working with infrastructure SMEs on delivering short term and long-term solutions to Business requirements
  • The ability to work in a fast paced- end-user focused environment while maintaining a deep level of understanding of the system architecture
  • Maintain up-to-date role templates for various data and project requests
  • Tackle various application issues including Business process related concerns
  • Coordinate and implement Projects globally through their entire lifecycle. From Initiation- Planning- Execution- Monitoring & Control and Closure (including transition to operations).
  • Track monitor and coordinate resolution to risks and issues impacting project deliverables.
  • Elevates risks and issues to the program level when appropriate
  • Manage multi-functional- multinational- multivendor teams for developing and solving solutions to business requirements
  • Ensure project framework is documented to support BAU processes and successfully transitioned at project closure.
  • Assures timely delivery of relevant information to the vendors
  • Assures clear cooperation between the vendors

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Self-starter with high levels of drive- energy- resilience- and a desire for professional excellence
  • Extensive direct experience of people management across large- complex teams - leading across geographically and culturally diverse locations
  • Shown understanding and influencing of business and IT strategy
  • An ability to work effectively in a matrix organization is essential
  • The ability to work in a management capacity and a deep level of understanding of the system architecture
  • Previous experience working large complex Infrastructure project: Desktop upgrades- Voice or Network upgrades- Data Center move- Security for example.

  • Strong Financial administration and reporting skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 7 + years of experience in project Management and IT.
  • 5 years or more as a Project Manager in IT. Prefer someone that started with an engineering background and then moved to project management.
  • This Candidate needs to have a solid understanding of Hosting- Networking- and Security.
  • Application development experience is a plus. Also needs to have worked in a Matrix management environment and worked with vended resources.
