Description & Requirements

Role

The Manager/Sr. Specialist- Supply will be responsible for supporting the overall OMP Supply Planning workstream. This person will participate and support discussions of current and future state regarding the OMP investment- while also encouraging a continuous improvement mindset. This person will be a part of developing the strategy and roadmap for the digital strategy and will need to be able to effectively influence and gain key stakeholder alignment to drive changes of our ways of working.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support for the OMP Supply Pod to lead multiple supply planning and deployment processes through the E2E rollout of the OMP tool
  • Responsible for driving and designing planning models and influence process that would be used in the future state upon role out
  • Responsible for supporting the Workstream lead change management activities- including training- and cross functional onboarding once process is live
  • Will participate in core process design and decision making in support of the Workstreams
  • Will manage risks and find solution to keep the timeline on track for the areas they own
  • Champion supply knowledge that will be leveraged across the project including execution and overall process
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GCOE- US Project Team- S&OP- Manufacturing- Warehousing- Transportation- Procurement- CPFR- Commercial- Foodservice- Finance- and 3rd party.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain- Engineering- Business- Logistics- or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to manage a project from start to finish
  • Experience with scheduling planning systems and processes
  • Ability to effectively communication with cross-functional partners and collaborate in a team environment
  • Ability to drive decisions and influence others
  • Preferred experience in a large-scale Food/Beverage Manufacturing company
  • Proficient in managing cross functional relationships in a supply chain setting
  • Efficiency in Excel and general knowledge of other MS Office applications required

Desirable

  • OMP and SAP experience
  • Strong data and analytical interpretation ability
  • CPG experience
  • Evidence of strong leadership experience particularly with project management
