Description & Requirements

Reporting into the Lead- Shopper Marketing- the position of Manager- Shopper Marketing Manager is unique in its interaction with the Customer- Sales Force- Kraft Heinz Marketing teams and external agencies. The Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible for leading customer-specific marketing initiatives within select Customer Business Teams.

This position is a key player within the Customer Business Team to help achieve quarterly and annual business targets through maximizing volume and profitability. The positions key objectives are to create- execute and evaluate customer marketing strategy and programs to maximize volume and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Omnichannel marketing leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels to provide a consistent brand experience to customers
  • Lead- develop and execute customized & strategic marketing plans to achieve Customer Business Team objectives- including improving top-line growth and deliver bottom line targets
  • Negotiate with customer’s category and marketing teams at all levels to maintain and elevate strategic positioning and inclusion of Kraft Heinz brands within customer programming
  • Lead communication of customer shopper marketing programs to ensure executional excellence with Retail Sales team
  • Represent and lead marketing in Customer Business Team initiatives including planning- banner strategy and multi-brand product promotion- while networking with Kraft Heinz stakeholders in Marketing- Category- Planning- Finance and Sales.
  • Lead evaluation and analysis of the performance of executed strategic programs to ascertain their effectiveness in meeting customer and category objectives.
  • Manage the assigned Shopper Marketing budget.
  • Ensure strategies are in place to support the right category focus.
  • Manage the integration of Kraft Heinz Scale and Brand initiatives in shopper marketing programs.
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of the industry- competitive environment- customer and consumer trends.

Qualifications:

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s degree (preferred)
  • 4+ years’ work experience in Sales and Marketing with strong understanding of shopper marketing and omnichannel.
  • Effective communication skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at any given time
  • Results oriented with the ability to operation with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team
  • Proficiency with MS Office; specifically- PowerPoint and Excel
