Description & Requirements

Position Summary

In this role- the Social Listening & Insights Manager will:

  • Define and implement the social listening and intelligence strategy in support of Kraft Heinz initiatives and priorities.
  • Deliver practical social insight recommendations that drive strategies to win in the marketplace.
  • Lead social research across Marketing- Insights- Sales- or R&D needs/objectives.​
  • Translate data and insights across multiple data sources into user stories that resonate with the functional teams or audience.
  • Partner with collaborators to align reporting capabilities and insight delivery across channels to influence business objectives
  • Redefine social listening capabilities across the KHC organization​
  • Improve dashboard and report capabilities that will empower brands to access social insights- and/or self-service for social insights​
  • ​Own the development of social listening queries and reporting of macro topics (i.e Inflation- Covid19- Economy- etc…)
  • Deliver Trends analysis through collaboration with social media partners which will support the Kraft Heinz critical initiatives
  • Lead day-to-day relationship with current social media listening vendors
  • Define the strategy and measure the efficiency of social tech training for the organization.
  • Establish strong working relationships with Kraft Heinz Trends providers (TikTok- Pinterest- Google- etc…)
  • Build capabilities to deliver insights at intersection of audience segments & demand moment​s
  • Impact team response to PR and/or social media crisis
  • Drive action & business decisions through VOC- Ratings/Reviews & Social Intelligence
  • Craft engaging presentations and clearly explain and defend sophisticated analysis- recommendations- and alternatives not chosen
  • Constantly innovate and push our thinking on how to offer outstanding social intelligence

Successful Insights Manager will be:

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience with social listening- data analysis- and/or qualitative research.
  • Experience working on social listening programs and analysis for a Fortune 500 company.
  • Experience and expertise with Social Media Listening platforms (Sprinklr- Brandwatch- Salesforce- Talkwalker- NetbaseQuid- etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced ability to translate social media data into insightful non-technical stories
  • Thrive in cross functional collaboration with internal and external teams
  • Executive presence and confidence presenting to various leaders
  • Thinks strategically and big - ensuring that activities deliver against core business objectives and articulate key messages
  • Understanding of social listening capabilities and passion for staying educated about developments
  • Project management and organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
