Base Salary Range: $96,800.00 - $121,000.00

Target Total Cash Range: $121,000.00 - $151,250.00

Target Total Cash: Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings.

Description & Requirements

Kraft Heinz Company’s Away From Home field sales strategy includes a combination of internal sales force and broker agencies partnerships to lead our selling efforts across the US.  We are looking for a Foodservice industry veteran with a proven track record of success to help lead operator strategy and support our brokers while they execute our Away From Home sales and marketing initiatives in the field.  Primary focus will include independent restaurants, multi-units, regional chains, and non-commercial Foodservice operators, including K12.  The person in this role will both sell to operators directly and sell in collaboration with the brokers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop field operator strategy for assigned markets and act as the corporate liaison for selected agencies in assigned market
  • Empower brokers to confidently promote our products to field operators by:
    • Being the expert in product knowledge
    • Offering sales strategies and support to help close opportunities
  • Host regular meetings with broker management and sales representatives to help provide solutions and promote KHC initiatives
  • Develops, tracks, analyzes, and evaluates insightful business plans based on AFH priorities, market strategies/initiatives and external factors to build market growth
  • Coordinate Kraft Heinz HQ to help drive marketing & executional initiatives with distributor teams
  • Own relationship with large operators in assigned market
  • Manage Strategy and Execution nationwide for independent K12 school districts, including product prioritization, innovation launches, pricing architecture, food show planning, commodity processing, etc…

*Market to be defined but will include approximately 16-18 US States.

Expected Experience & Required Skills:

  • Seasoned and tested sales and business expertise with significant experience in building customer relationships
  • Experience in restaurant, culinary, and/or Foodservice distributor industry preferred
  • Prior experience leading direct or indirect reports (such as brokers) preferred
  • Strong financial competence inclusive of previous experience owning a P&L, proficiency in understanding profit and revenue drivers
  • Effective interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, proven by effective presentation, influence, and negotiation with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to think creatively and critically, learn new concepts, seek to resolve complex problems, and leverage data to uncover insights that inform decision-making
  • Strong decision‐making ability centered around a drive for results
  • Passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas
  • Competence in working cross functionally with many different groups throughout the organization

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
