Description & Requirements

We are looking for a person that will be  an advisor and business partner of East Operations leadership and Supply Chain Finance leads (SCF), supporting business decision making through a combination of analytical insights, strategic acumen, and commercial mindedness. This position will be responsible for driving and deploying East wide initiatives for Manufacturing and Logistics, and to represent such Operation (OPS) functions in all Western Europe & Emerging Markets and Global forums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finance business partner for Zone Supply team (Logistic/Manufacturing) for critical “Must wins” & Hot topics.
  • Drive East Level Projects – supporting OPS leaders in delivering their agenda
    • E.g.: Inventory Visibility, factory cost benchmarking, utilization and OEE improvements impact
    • Methodology of Ops KPI Implications on Costs
    • Long Term Ops Costs Improvement Plans with financials & tracking those
  • Challenge Forecast and Plan built by Country SCF leads
  • Own and represent MFG/LOG functions in MPR/Forecast Cycle of East Ops to WEEM/Global
  • Design and Drive Long term agenda of East Manufacturing/Logistics Finance
    • E.g.: Support Finance transformation initiatives, linked to technological improvements and automation, across East countries
  • Provide guidance to SCF leads on Functions best practices
  • Facilitate financial evaluations of CAPEX projects, ensuring they align with Strat Plan priorities and WEEM Growth ambition.
  • Guiding methodology and direction of Ops Stratplan
  • Lead and improve WEEM/Global Cost Efficiency programs (i.e., KHC Champions). Drive & coordinate country, WEEM leads, and Global owners
  • Long term strategic projects, key finance partner for Operations for AOP and 5Y Strat plan
  • Ensure Countries Compliance to KHC Policies
